I ve been to 60-countries, been to Munich, lived in Germany for four years, been to Europe a dozen times, London twice, Paris four times, Spain (several cities), etc. I admit, Switzerland and its cities may seem safe, but I d not live there thinking they are not being spotted for a future terrorist attack, all of Europe is ripe for it.
